1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the bm77 platform (accessible at bm77.bio and any associated subdomains), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and bm77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bm77 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policies published on the bm77 website, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the bm77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your location.

Any account found to have been registered by or used by an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible. No bonus funds, winnings, or promotional credits accumulated on an underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may register exactly one account on the bm77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bm77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bm77 account credentials, including your username and password. bm77 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other individual to access or use your account.

All activity conducted through your bm77 account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bm77 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bm77 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to inactive accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being deducted. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed at bm77's discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bm77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed within the cashier section of your bm77 account.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your bm77 account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment provider.
• bm77 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside bm77's control.
• All funds deposited on bm77 must originate from a payment account or bank account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bm77 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit originated from your own account before processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where the payment provider supports reverse transfers.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad is one to three hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• bm77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delayed withdrawals until documentation is received and reviewed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed on a balance that includes active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bm77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion at the time of offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino games, and video poker may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may void the existing bonus at bm77's discretion.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings is capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion.

bm77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified while a player holds an active bonus under that promotion, bm77 will honour the terms that were in effect at the time the bonus was credited to the player's account.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available in the bm77 lobby are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules published by the respective provider, and game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable.

• bm77 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per event and per player account.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or betting market — including server errors, connectivity failures, or software defects — bm77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. bm77 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside bm77's reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bm77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the platform.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether using your own or another person's identity.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false personal information, using another person's payment method, or impersonating another individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing mistakes to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal platform operation.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the bm77 platform without human input, unless expressly permitted in writing by bm77.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately made and credited to your bm77 account.
• Money laundering: Using the bm77 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request to close their bm77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, subject to verification requirements. Any bonus balance held at the time of voluntary closure is forfeited.

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

bm77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Identification of the account holder as a vulnerable person for whom continued gambling access would be harmful.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money deposits and winnings — may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms no breach occurred, the verified balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe. Where a breach is confirmed, bm77 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to use bm77's self-exclusion tool, available from within account settings. Self-exclusion can be applied for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation.
